The queen of cute contemporary YA novels is back with a new book full of more alliteration on the heels of Love, Life and the List. Fame, Fate and the First Kiss is the next book by Kasie West and now that I’m such a fan, I’m really looking forward to it. Here’s what we know so far.
First off, it’s due for release on February 5th, 2019, right before Valentine’s Day. Perfect timing, honestly.

Lacey Barnes has dreamt of being in a movie for as long as she can remember. However, while her dream did include working alongside the hottest actor in Hollywood, it didn’t involve having to finish up her senior year of high school at the same time she was getting her big break. Although that is nothing compared to Donavan, the straight-laced student her father hires to tutor her, who is a full-on nightmare. I’m super excited about this and looking forward to ARCs making their way into the world so I can try to get my hands on one! The tutor dynamic has me pretty pumped because I’m definitely still a teenage girl at heart.
