October 2018 Releases

October is going to wreck my TBR. There are SO many books coming out, many of which I’ve been lucky enough to get ARCs of, but I’m still behind and playing catch up.

On the topic of authors we’ve loved in the past, Anna Godbersen, the author of The Luxe series is back. So is Mackenzi Lee, who wrote the Gentleman’s Guide to Vice and Virtue and is back with a book about Monty’s sister. Jodi Picoult’s new book on a shooting at an abortion clinic is high on my TBR list already. Lauren Oliver has a new book. Laini Taylor’s new book is out this month, as are new books by Neal Shusterman, Elin Hildebrand, Markus Zusack, Nicholas Sparks, Tahereh Mafi, and Sarah J Maas.

Those are all well-known, but some of the lesser-known books I’m looking forward to include I”ll Be There for You by Kelsey Miller which looks at the history of Friends, one of my favorite TV shows.I already have Ben Sasse’s new book on political polarization on Audible pre-order. I’m also looking forward to reading Alice Isn’t Dead since I love books with podcast tie-ins. I will also read and review Charlotte Pence’s book about her father, the current VP of the United States. I will likely also try and check out Snow in Love since I’ve read everything by Kasie West and want to keep it up!

What are you excited about in October? I’m overwhelmed with so many options!

Wow a great job at enumerating and linking the books. How do you do that? How do you get the data? I seem to missing new releases

I TROLL through Amazon upcoming releases and have lists in my drafts for so many months in advance. I know I always miss books but I try to add the ones I think my readers will be interested in whenever I come across them.
