What’s Making Me Happy: January 21st, 2021

It’s been a week: two holidays, an inauguration, a new president, and the drop of a brand new meme.

That’s right…what’s making me happy this week is THE latest Bernie Sanders meme.

There was Bernie Sanders, with his mittens, just enjoying an inauguration he felt obligated to be at…but he gifted us all a brand new meme in that moment. And you know what…that’s national unity, and we can all be grateful.

I love how wide the cultural commentary is with this…we have him inserted into esoteric moments of political history, television shows, OTHER memes, moments of recent note, moments of the past. Truly a King of Unity. Thank you Bernie–we all needed this right now.
