Fall books are coming a plenty, and October is not slowing down. I’m pretty busy with school these days, but I can always make time for a new book.
On the topic of books I’ve already read, I highly recommend 13 Minutes by Sarah Pinborough. It’s a Mean Girls-esque thriller set in a volatile high school and yes, there’s murder. I also have an arc of If You Knew My Sister by Michelle Adams, but I haven’t gotten through it yet. That’s on the list!
I haven’t read any Dan Brown books in ages, but the plot for Origin sounds awesome, so I’ll probably add that to me ever-growing TBR list. Of course, the big book of the month is the new John Green book, Turtles All the Way Down, so I’ll have to read it and see if it lives up to the hype.
On the nonfiction side of things, I’ll be gobbling down Sisters First by the Bush Twins and Capitol Gaines by Chip Gaines (of Fixer Upper fame) as soon as they hit shelves and be reviewing them for the political blog, FFL, that I write for.
